Matilde O&#8217;Mill; el Subsecretario de Justicia, Dr. Ramiro Santillan; el Director del Registro Civil, Dr. Gonzalo Ach\u00e1val; \ufe0ela Directora General del S.P.P, Inspectora Gral. Mar\u00eda Rosa Coria de Lezana; \ufe0eel Director de la Unidad N \u00b01 Penal de Varones, Of. Alcaide Alejandro Oscar Zelaya; la Directora de la Direcci\u00f3n Electoral de la Provincia, Lic. Ramona Barrera; y por el Comit\u00e9 Provincial de Prevenci\u00f3n de la Tortura, los Dres.
