N\u00e9stor Medina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el mismo, se les realiz\u00f3 Certificado de Pre-identificaci\u00f3n a pacientes NN, que consiste en un instrumento con car\u00e1cter de declaraci\u00f3n jurada que permite el registro de datos de las personas nacidas en Argentina que nunca tuvieron DNI.
