Matilde O&#8217;Mill, el Defensor General de la Provincia, Dr. Enrique Billaud, la Defensora General de la Naci\u00f3n, Dra. Stela Maris Mart\u00ednez y dem\u00e1s autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la hora de dar unas palabras, la Dra.
