Matilde O&#8217;Mill; junto al Subsecretario de Justicia, Dr. Ramiro Santill\u00e1n y la responsable del Servicio Penitenciario Provincial, Inspectora Gral. Mar\u00eda Rosa Coria de Lezana recibieron hoy en el Penal de Varones al presidente y la vicepresidenta segunda del Superior Tribunal de Justicia, Dres. Federico L\u00f3pez Alzogaray y Ana Rosa Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera se cumpi\u00f3 con lo establecido en el Art. 34 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Tribunales, con la finalidad de que los magistrados puedan interiorizarse sobre la situaci\u00f3n de los internos de las c\u00e1rceles; el estado general en cuanto a las condiciones de alojamiento y el cumplimiento de garant\u00edas constitucionales y convencionales, que alcanzan a quienes est\u00e1n privados de su libertad por haber infringido la ley.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La ministra de Justicia y DDHH de Santiago del Estero, Dra.
